Which Oil Is Right For Your Vehicle?
Conventional Oil:
Conventional oil provides good protection for your vehicle and protects your engine against sludge. As the least expensive option for motor oil, conventional oil still gets the job done if your vehicle isn’t subject to severe driving conditions, such as dirty/dusty roads, lots of short trips, driving in extreme heat or cold, and towing heavy loads.
Synthetic Blend Oil:
By mixing synthetic oil to conventional oil, your vehicle will have better protection and performance than just using conventional oil. Synthetic blend oil also provides better fuel economy, cleaning, and protection against temperature extremes. This oil is great for severe driving conditions too, but not quite as good as full synthetic oil.
Synthetic Oil (AKA “Full Synthetic Motor Oil”):
Full Synthetic Oil is about getting the best out of your vehicle. Full Synthetic gets you the best protection, performance, and fuel economy. Synthetic oil also does a better job of cleaning your engine and protects against extreme temperatures. Newer vehicles are more likely to require synthetic oil.
